Acupressure
Acupressure consists of pressing acupuncture points to reset neural impulses that are causing spasm of muscles, vasculature, and nerves thereby relieving tension and allowing energy channels to flow throughout the body. Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but the person uses their fingers instead of needles to work the point.
While acupuncture is a wonderful method, we find that we achieve equivalent results without the need for puncturing theĀ skin.
