Guided Stretching

Stretching is one of the most important things you can do at home to keep your body aligned between appointments. While we all likely learned some form of stretching in primary school, there are quite a wide variety of specialty stretches that isolate specific muscle groups while allowing other muscles to relax. This specific targeting allows for more fascial (fascia is the connective tissue webbing that wraps around our muscles) unwinding and a greater therapeutic effect. These stretches are similar to what a physical therapist may teach you, but we like to do it during our visit so that we can minimize how many appointments you need to go to, and you can spend more time living your life!
